Fox pools saved our summer! We spent two and a half summer seasons wasting so much money and time hiring several other companies to try to fix our cloudy pool problem. I was literally calculating the cost to fill in the pool, I thought we were beyond help. A neighbor recommended Fox Pools and I told everyone this was my last attempt to fix it, the pool had been such a drawn out problem that the first thing people would ask me when they saw me was "is the pool fixed yet?" After several failed attempts by other pool companies, Matt at Fox Pools was able to resolve my complicated (DE powder returning to my pool) problem during his 1st visit. Unlike the others that relied on a parts replacement check list, Matt had the pool operational knowledge and experience history required to properly troubleshoot my extremely unusual pipe leak issue. After spending over $700.00 in parts with the other companies, Matt’s expertise prevented me from having to invest in any additional unnecessary parts. Working with Fox Pools in Yorktown was wonderful. Our DE filter cracked and was flooding our yard with pool water. Sarah helped us navigate the different choices in filters and ordered it the same day. We were supposed to have the install appointment 2 days later (a Wednesday) but the equipment arrived early and the technician, Matt, moved the install to Tuesday to help us. Matt was very efficient with the install and explained the entire system to us along with the proper maintenance - as well as other helpful pool care tips for us first time pool owners. Overall, they did a fantastic job and we will definitely use them moving forward and recommend to others! - 7/16/2025
