Over the past year, they’ve completely reassured me that I made the right choice. Every time I’ve reached out for service, they’ve responded quickly—usually within an hour, if not sooner. Their team is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what needs to be done to fix or improve my pool system. What truly sets FOX POOLS apart is their exceptional communication. They always remind me of appointments in advance and let me know when they’re on the way. I’ve worked with both Matt and Larry, and they’ve been fantastic. They have extensive experience, especially with my less common brand of pool equipment, and have consistently provided expert solutions. Additionally, their prices are fair and competitive, giving me peace of mind knowing I’m getting quality service at a reasonable cost. So disappointed in the way the owner runs his business. Communication was a fail, everyone that came out told us something different. Need a step repair. One employee tells us a 13 inch step doesn't meet code and another came out and said it did. Had liner guy come out uncover our pool during fence construction and left the liner off in the way for the contractors. Frustrating when the owner was told previous about the contractors being here. Husband was told on the phone that someone would be out to cover it back up and that was a fail as well. He has absolutely NO COMPASSION for someone with a disability that didn't fit in his pool textbook! My past experience with this company for repairs was awesome but this has been beyond disappointing! Myself and my husband both contacted the owner about his mishaps and he didn't have the decency to even reply! It you have a pool situation that more than "normal" I wouldn't recommend them at all! Not only did the owner disregard his mishaps, he proceeded to back step on the things he told me in text conversation which I have. I hate leaving a company a bad review but when you don't have the decency to communication with your customer then you leave me no choice! We will take our money elsewhere!

Fox Pools closed my pool in October 2024. The team arrived punctually. They were friendly, knowledgable, helpful, persistent, and efficient! Fox pools really sets the bar for fair value and customer service in the pool domain. I’ve seen a number of pool service companies, and these guys are, by far, the BEST!

They were able to come out within a week of me calling and explaining my situation. They arrived within the time frame given & even sent a link with the name of the technicians that I was able to track. They went right to work and explained missing or needed replacement parts. The cleaned the pool, filter & checked the salt chlorinator. The pool was closed for the winter. We have only lived here for 2 weeks so this lifted a big burden. I will use them to do the repairs and opening in the spring. They get an A++ from me

This company is truly amazing, always come in and out and get the job done without any issues. They are such a caring team and even jumped my car for me this morning! Steven was incredibly gracious, friendly, took his time to explain everything and was very transparent about what needed to be done and what could wait. Gave me great confidence in the information in our inspection. Will absolutely use him for any repairs we need done.

Scheduling was super easy with the app (did not have to wait for office to be open!), they came the next morning, and the technician seemed knowledgeable and efficient. Happy customers!

Fox Pools was recommended to me by a friend and I cannot say enough great things about the whole experience from scheduling an appointment to the incredibly knowledgeable patient and very polite technician who helped me better understand my pool maintenance. He also gave great suggestions on converting to a salt system. And paying was super convenient. Will definitely recommend and use this company again for my pool maintenance needs.

I had my liner replaced by Fox Pools, and I can't say enough great things. My tech was Frankie and he was wonderful. They were communicative throughout the entire process, and I am a very happy customer. I will be using them again in the future for all my pool needs. The install took a little longer than expected, but that was due to weather delays and some additional repairs that were needed, no fault of Fox Pools or their Tech Frankie. He was professional, answered all my questions, and kept me informed of what repairs he had to make. Highly recommend Fox Pools.

Matt was fantastic! Told me everything that was being done, and what needed to be done in the future. Was on time, courteous, and quick to get the job done. Would recommend Fox Pools to all pool customers!

Fox Pools have been amazing! We just recently bought a house with a pool and Larry came to open it for us. They walked me through what I needed to do and were so helpful! I feel like I’ve called a million times to make sure I’m taking care of the pool right and Sarah has been so patient and kind! Also love that text messaging is an option. Highly recommend them for all your pool needs.

Y'all! Fox Pools is the one to choose if you want superior service. Matt is an OUTSTANDING tech! He was knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnose my problem, and did a fantastic job educating me (in appropriate layman's terms) on the issue we've been having. He performed a couple of other quick checks/fixes on minor issues as well, saving me the hassle of trying to further troubleshoot those. I was able to set an appointment relatively quickly (all other companies were unresponsive or booked for weeks), and Fox Pools is now my go-to pool guy from here on out. Truly outstanding service and experience!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. The team we had for opening and then Dylan for our second service hands down the most professionally, punctual, and personable. They got the job done, cleaned up after themselves within a great timeframe. They deserve more than a 5 Star rating for a pool company but that’s as high as the rating would go. We would have given a 10 , the best pool company we have ever worked with. I am so thankful for the referral and already have our closing scheduled.

The best pool opening i have ever had. I wish I would have used Fox’s Pool before now. They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently. They also fixed a long standing problem that my former pool company could not. Highly recommend them!
